Exomind uses ExoTMS™, an advanced form of repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, to deliver calibrated magnetic pulses to the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, a region involved in focus, self-control, decision-making, and mood regulation. Repeated stimulation is thought to support neuroplasticity.
Exomind is FDA-cleared in the U.S. for major depressive disorder in adults. Rivas uses it off-label for brain fog, focus, impulse control, and food cravings and does not diagnose or treat psychiatric conditions. What to Expect from Exomind
Comfortable sessions with ongoing provider support
A Rivas provider first reviews your goals and history and screens for contraindications including seizure history, metal or electronic implants in the head or neck, pregnancy, and psychiatric context. If appropriate, the provider sets a tailored plan.
During each 30-minute session, you remain awake while a certified specialist positions the applicator; most patients describe mild tapping. There is no recovery time. A typical plan is six initial sessions with single follow-ups around every three months, adjusted to response.
