What Is the Emsella Chair?
Emsella is a non-invasive treatment for urinary incontinence in men and women. HIFEM technology induces thousands of supramaximal pelvic-floor contractions while the patient remains fully clothed and seated.
By strengthening weak pelvic-floor muscles, Emsella may support stress, urge, and mixed urinary incontinence, bladder control, post-pregnancy recovery, vaginal laxity, and aspects of orgasmic or erectile function. Individual response varies.

The Emsella Chair Procedure
Pelvic-floor treatment while fully clothed
A specialist reviews your symptoms and medical history and explains the treatment. Wear loose, comfortable clothing without metal near the treatment area, and remove jewelry and piercings as directed.
You remain fully clothed and seated for 28–30 minutes, feeling deep contractions and tapping or tingling. You can resume normal activities immediately. A common initial plan is six sessions over about three weeks, with follow-up care based on long-term needs.
